1.2 Inherent Risks of Crypto Asset Trading

Cryptocurrency trading carries significant risks, including but not limited to:

  • Price Volatility: Crypto asset prices may experience extreme fluctuations within very short timeframes, resulting in rapid and substantial losses.
  • Regulatory Risk: Regulatory treatment of digital assets varies by jurisdiction and may change without notice; certain activities may become restricted or prohibited.

  • Technical & Security Risk: Blockchain networks, smart contracts, and digital wallets may be subject to bugs, forks, hacks, or other technical failures.

Before making any investment decision, you should independently evaluate the risks and consult a licensed financial advisor, attorney, or tax professional qualified under U.S. federal and applicable state laws.

2. Cross-Border Humanitarian Charity Donation Compliance

This section explains the compliance framework governing the cross-border humanitarian donation initiative operated in conjunction with the World Benevolence Council, including fund flow, partner qualifications, verification channels, and on-chain traceability.

2.1 Donation Fund Flow & Archival

All charitable contributions received through this platform are centrally archived by the World Benevolence Council (WBC). The Council consolidates donated resources on a quarterly basis, oversees the implementation of cross-border humanitarian aid projects, and retains complete records of fund flow, material distribution details, and beneficiary assistance progress. Records are published periodically in the platform's official Charity disclosure column and remain available for compliance verification.

2.2 Partner Organization Qualifications

All material procurement, cross-border transport, and on-site distribution are jointly executed by internationally recognized humanitarian organizations and locally registered compliance partners. Each partner undergoes due diligence verification before engagement.

Global Relief Network

Headquartered in Geneva; responsible for cross-border material customs clearance and international transport coordination.

Mercy Bridge Foundation

Regional medical assistance partner providing battlefield pharmaceuticals and emergency care resources.

Hope for Children International

Executes child education and psychological care programs in conflict and disaster-affected regions.

Brightman Audit & Advisory

Independent third-party auditor that reviews fund flow and material inventory on a quarterly basis and issues formal reports.

2.3 Voucher Verification Channel

Full paper and electronic verification materials — including project records, material vouchers, and partner qualifications — are archived by the World Benevolence Council. Sensitive imagery, personal privacy information, and large-value itemized amounts are not displayed directly on this site. Registered users may submit a verification request through the Support service channel to formally request access to review the archived materials subject to applicable compliance review.

2.4 On-Chain Fund Flow Verification (TRC-20)

All digital asset donations are settled via the TRC-20 public chain. Every inbound and outbound transaction is permanently recorded on-chain and may be independently verified by any member of the public using a Tron blockchain explorer. The platform does not authorize any third-party donation channel other than the official receiving address published on the Charity page.

Network: TRX / TRC-20 · All fund flows are publicly verifiable on the Tron blockchain.

3. Global User Privacy Protection Policy

This section summarizes how Crypto Live collects, stores, and processes user personal data in compliance with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and other applicable data protection laws. The complete statement is available in our Privacy Policy.

3.1 User Login Method (Google OAuth 2.0)

User authentication is performed exclusively through Google OAuth 2.0. Crypto Live does not collect or store user passwords. Upon authorization, Google issues a signed token that confirms the user's identity; only the minimum necessary profile attributes (such as email address and display name) are retrieved. Users may revoke platform access at any time through their Google account settings.

3.2 Data Storage (Cloudflare D1 & KV)

User account and preference data are stored in the Cloudflare D1 relational database, while session and frequently accessed non-sensitive data are cached in Cloudflare KV. All data in transit and at rest is protected using TLS encryption and Cloudflare's edge security infrastructure. Data residency is governed by Cloudflare's regional data handling practices.

3.3 Beneficiary Information Desensitization

Personal information of charity beneficiaries — including names, exact locations, and identifying imagery — is subject to desensitization processing before any public display. Names are replaced with pseudonyms, precise locations are generalized to a regional level, and facial features in imagery are blurred. Use of any beneficiary image or statement requires documented written consent from the individual or their legal guardian.

3.4 Cookie Usage

Crypto Live uses cookies and similar technologies to enable essential platform functionality, remember user preferences, and analyze aggregated traffic patterns. Cookies are categorized as:

  • Strictly Necessary: Required for core site operation; cannot be disabled.
  • Functional: Remember preferences such as display currency and language.
  • Analytics: Aggregate, anonymized usage statistics to improve the platform.

Non-essential cookies are only set after the user provides explicit consent through the cookie consent banner. Users may withdraw or modify consent at any time. See our Cookie Policy for details.

3.5 User Rights — Access, Correction & Deletion

Subject to applicable law, users located in the United States, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and other supported jurisdictions have the following rights regarding their personal data:

Right of Access

Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.

Right to Correct

Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data.

Right to Delete

Request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention obligations.

To exercise any of these rights, submit a request through the Support service channel. We will verify your identity and respond within the timeframe required by applicable law (generally 30–45 days).
